Dr. Gendai Echezona is a triple Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Pain Management specialist, diplomat of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine with additional training in Aesthetics Medicine. She is the founder and medical director at Premier Pain Care and Wellness in Norwalk, Connecticut offering customized treatment plans for pain management and aesthetics while keeping lifestyle medicine in mind.
Dr. Echezona earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cornell University, a prestigious Ivy League school, and her Medical Degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She completed her Anesthesiology Residency at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in NYC and pursued further studies in Pain Medicine at the Weill Cornell Tri-Institute Pain Fellowship Program. She has worked with physicians across multiple specialties to enhance her knowledge in aesthetics and lifestyle medicine.
At Premier Pain Care and Wellness, each patient undergoes evaluation by a board-certified physician, receiving compassionate and individualized treatment plans. Dr. Echezona believes that you should look your best and be free of pain as you engage in all of life’s activities that bring you joy.

Dr. Samuel N.O. “Eche” Echezona is a Nigerian-American Board Certified Emergency Medicine Attending Physician. Outside of his medical achievements, Dr. Echezona is a co-founder and co-owner of various businesses and organizations throughout the tri-state area including Premier PCW, Eagle Consulting Services, Safe Vision Family Program, Strong Movement, Black Restaurant Coalition, iNine Bistro, Sock Monster Laundromat, and GEJ Premiere. In 2021, Dr. Echezona founded Return to Kingdom, an inclusive luxury travel experience in Nigeria that aims to increase African-American ownership of land, businesses, and overall residency across the continent of Africa. Dr. Echezona consistently supports his community through philanthropic efforts including the joint establishment of the Samuel N.O. Echezona Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
With a heart for the people, Dr. Echezona continues to have a global impact through his financial and medical contributions. Premier PCW is fortunate to have him as the Chief Financial Officer.

Meet Krisztina! She was born in Hungary and after graduation, she became a licensed aesthetician in New York with a focus on advanced skincare and treatments for acne, anti-aging, and sensitive skin. She has over 10 years of experience working in medical spas assisting clients in achieving their skincare goals.
Thanks to her experience and knowledge, Krisztina is able to provide accurate and personalized treatments. Her goal is to create a five-star atmosphere and provide exquisite service to all her clients. She truly enjoys seeing her clients reach their skin goals and surpass their expectations.
