KeraLase® is an advanced in-office hair restoration treatment performed by triple board-certified Dr. Gendai Echezona. It combines KeraFactor® growth factor serum with a non-ablative fractional laser (LaseMD Ultra, 1927 nm) to create microchannels in the scalp, enhancing serum penetration by up to 5–7.5x and targeting key structures involved in hair follicle regeneration.
Each session is followed by 15 minutes of red light therapy, which helps stimulate the scalp and activates the nanofluorosomes in the KeraFactor® serum to further support follicle health and growth.
 
Treatments are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Patients may notice early improvements in scalp health and hair quality within the first few months, with more visible results developing around 90 days and beyond.
